VIA HENRY HUDSON PARKWAY: Henry Hudson Parkway NORTHBOUND TO Cross County Parkway East to Bronx River Parkway North. Exit at Paxton Ave. At stop sign turn left. At traffic light turn right. Go under railroad bridge to Pondfield Road. We are at 105 Pondfield, on the left after the 1st light.

VIA MAJOR DEEGAN EXPRESSWAY/ROUTE 87: Major Deegan NORTHBOUND to Exit 5 (Route 100) Follow Route 100 North and Exit at Palmer Road. (just before overpass). At stop sign, turn right. Follow Palmer Road to traffic circle. Go under Railroad Bridge to Pondfield Road. We are at 105 Pondfield, on the left after the 1st light.

VIA HUTCHINSON RIVER PARKWAY: Hutchinson Parkway NORTHBOUND to Cross County Parkway WEST to Bronx River Parkway NORTHBOUND. Exit at Paxton Avenue. At stop sign, turn left. At traffic light turn right. Go under railroad bridge to Pondfield Road. We are at 105 Pondfield on the left after the 1st light.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH

VIA BRONX RIVER PARKWAY: Southbound to the Desmond Avenue Exit. At stop sign turn left. Go to 2nd traffic light and turn left onto Pondfield Road. We are located at 105 Pondfield on the right after the 1st light.

VIA SPRAIN BROOK PARKWAY: Southbound TAPPAN ZEE BRIDGE TO 287 (CROSS WESTCHESTER EXPRESSWAY) TO SPRAIN BROOK PARKWAY SPRAIN PARKWAY: To Route 100/Central Avenue Exit. At end of ramp turn right. Make your 1st right (immediately after underpass and before car dealership). At light, turn right onto Palmer Avenue. Follow Palmer to Traffic Circle. Go under Railroad Bridge to Pondfield Road. We are at 105 Pondfield Road, on your left after the 1st light.

VIA HUTCHINSON RIVER PARKWAY: Southbound to Exit 18W (Mill Road). At stop sign turn right. At 5th light, turn left onto Route 22 (White Plains Road). At 1st light, bear right onto Main Street. At 5th light, turn right onto Pondfield Road. We are at 105 Pondfield on the right after the 1st light.
